Freezing Glare (Japanese: いてつくしせん Freezing Glare) is a damage-dealing Psychic-type move introduced in Generation VIII. It is the signature move of Galarian Articuno.

Effect

Freezing Glare inflicts damage and has a 10% chance to freeze the target.
