(Japanese:ベルモンド Belmondo) is a character of the day from XY066. He is a mad scientist who appeared along with Black Clembot.
It was revealed that prior to the events of the episode, Belmondo mysteriously broke into the Lumiose Gym and hacked Clembot. He retrieved data about the Clembot and its internal functions, then proceeded to make a clone, but due to difficulties in the hacking process, he ended up with a notably different copy. Soon, Belmondo used the Black Clembot to terrorize the city, manipulating others and causing damage around Lumiose City. This caused Officer Jenny to accidentally arrest the real Clembot.
Soon, Belmondo was seen using the Black Clembot to destroy a warehouse. While he joins the Black Clembot, however, he is spotted by Ash, who, along with his friends, confront him. Clemont battles him, and Clembot battles the Black Clembot. Ultimately, Clemont and Clembot win.
It is later revealed in a newspaper that Belmondo was arrested by Officer Jenny.

| Magneton was used by Black Clembot to battle Clemont's Clembot and their Heliolisk. It put up a good fight against Heliolisk, who also fought well. It almost defeated Heliolisk with Tackle until Heliolisk used Parabolic Charge. Their battle was interrupted by Team Rocket, who captured both Clembot and Black Clembot. After Blaziken Mask defeated Team Rocket with Mega Blaziken, Belmondo recalled Magneton and sent out Magnezone instead.
Magneton's known moves are Discharge, Thunder Shock, Electro Ball, Tackle, and Flash Cannon. | ||

| Belmondo used Magnezone to battle Clemont and his Luxray after recalling Magneton, who battled Clembot and his Heliolisk using Black Clembot until interrupted by Team Rocket. Although knowing powerful attacks, it was defeated easily by Luxray's Wild Charge and Swift.
