Destiny Bond is a non-damaging Ghost-type move introduced in Generation II. When this move is used, if the user faints, the foe that landed the knockout hit also faints. A Pokémon defeated by this move will faint before the Pokémon which used Destiny Bond. This move's effect only works if the user faints the same turn as it's used, or the turn right after. If it faints later than that (without using this move again), this move's effect will not happen.
