This Pokémon blasts cryogenic air out from its mouth. This air can instantly freeze even liquid-hot lava.

This card was included as both a Regular card and an illustration rare card in the Paldea Evolved expansion, first released in the Japanese Snow Hazard expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Shin Nagasawa, while the illustration rare print features artwork by Tomokazu Komiya. An SVP Black Star Promotional print of this card was one of the Prerelease promos for Paldea Evolved with new artwork by Oswaldo KATO, available in the Paldea Evolved Build & Battle Box. A print with a gold foil "Staff" stamp was given to those overseeing Prerelease Tournaments. A Non Holographic version of the Regular Paldea Evolved print was also included in the Paldea Evolved Build & Battle Box, as well as in the Chien-Pao ex Battle Deck and the Quaquaval ex Deluxe Battle Deck.
