It evolves from Tarountula starting at level 15.

Spidops may be based on an ogre-faced spider, who are known to hold their legs together in pairs and cast nets.

Name origin

Spidops may be a combination of the words spider and chops. Wanaida may be a comination of the words 罠 wana (trap) and スパイダ supaida (spider).
