Ralts (Japanese: ラルトス Ralts) is a Psychic-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the EX Sandstorm expansion.

Initial EX Sandstorm prints of this card have the ID I-18-#. The Dot Code strip contains Pokédex information, a TCG glossary snippet, and a brief area summary for Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.

Release information
This card is one of the 46 cards first released in September 2003 in the English EX Sandstorm expansion before the release of their Japanese prints. The Japanese print was later released on October 24 in the Magma VS Aqua: Two Ambitions expansion. Subsequent prints of this card included in the EX Battle Stadium Deck Kit, as well as the Gardevoir EX Master Trainer Deck, lack the e-Reader Dot Code strip and feature a normal border following the cessation of TCG support for the e-Reader starting with the EX Hidden Legends expansion.
It was later reprinted in the English EX Dragon Frontiers expansion, first released in the Japanese Imprison! Gardevoir ex Constructed Standard Deck.
Trivia
This is one of only four cards in EX Dragon Frontiers which isn't a Delta Species. The others are Kirlia, Larvitar and Pupitar.
Origin
Hypnosis is a move in the Pokémon games that Ralts can learn. This card's e-Reader Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sapphire.
