At a size of 11.8 inches (30.0 cm), it is the largest Berry the player can obtain.
However, while Watmel Berries are listed as 9.8" (25.0 cm) on their tags, the Watmel Berry tag descriptions mention that some have been found to grow to 20" (50 cm).
