(The RSE/FRLG in-game trades have fixed PIDs, hence why we can definitively state whether their Abilities will change or not.) Although Shuckle is the only one of the XD trades to have a new Ability in Gen 4, but it cannot evolve — so Ability change is never relevant for the XD trades.)
