Megumi Mizutani
Megumi Mizutani is an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game and one of the Pokémon designers for the fifth Generation, thus leading to other credits, such as conceptual character artist for the Best Wishes series of the Pokémon anime. She has illustrated a total number of three cards for the Trading Card Game. A Pansage Pokémon card which was a part of the Next Destinies expansion and reprints of two Supporter cards: Bianca and N.
