Release information
This card was included in the Dragon Majesty expansion, first released in the Japanese Dragon Storm subset. It was reprinted, alongside a new print with artwork by Misa Tsutsui featuring the Shiny version of Wooper, in the Japanese GX Ultra Shiny subset. It was reprinted again in the Japanese Vaporeon-GX Starter Set Water and Tag Team GX Premium Trainer Box.

Rain Splash's Japanese name is that of Soak, a Field Move in the Pokémon Ranger series. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Y. The GX Ultra Shiny Secret print features the Shiny version of Wooper.
