Cherry Blossom Afro Pikachu (Japanese: 桜アフロのピカチュウCherry Blossom Afro Pikachu) is a Lightning-type Basic Pokémon card. It is one of the SM-P Promotional cards.
In Japan, this card was released as one of the SM-P Promotional cards and was given to customers who purchased at least five booster packs from any participating Pokémon Center or Pokémon Store in celebration of the opening of Pokémon Center Tokyo DX on March 14, 2018. The promotion ran from the opening day for as long as stocks lasted. The Pokémon Center Tokyo DX logo is also present on the card.

Origin
As one of the mascots for showcasing the cultural diversity of Tokyo, this Pikachu represents hanami, the traditional annual custom of celebrating trees in bloom across the country, particularly the sakura, cherry blossom. The most popular hanami in Tokyo takes place at Ueno Park, typically in late March.
