This card was released in the {{TCG|EX Unseen Forces}} expansion with artwork originating from a {{TCG|joint illustration}} by [[Kouki Saitou]], first originating from the Japanese {{TCG|PokéPark Blue}}. An exclusive Holofoil print of this card was included in the English {{TCG|Silvery Ocean}} {{TCG|Theme Deck}}. It was later reprinted as a stamped variant given to attendees of the 2005 [[Pokémon Rocks America]] events. In Japan, this card was made available as a {{TCG|PCG-P Promotional cards|PCG-P Promotional card}} with new artwork by an unknown artist to those who rode ''Lugia's Spinning Ship'' at the {{OBP|PokéPark|theme park}} in March 2005. The logo for this ride is in the bottom right corner of the illustration, covering the illustrator name.
