Alright, I can verify that the levels of Pokémon found in Headbutt Trees vary based on the location. Isn't it about time we eliminate the table of which Pokémon are obtainable in Gen. Apart from being location-exclusive, i think that the trees are very specific as well (i.e. u can headbutt all trees, but pokémon will only be found in certain trees).
