I have updated all(hopefully) the gen IV pokemon tables to include a headbutt section. I've also double checked with AndyPKMN's list above with the in-game Pokédex, so most of it should be accurate (except pewter city, it doesn't have Heracross but Wurmple instead).
I only '''left out the levels and rate''', putting them to be unknown, because it will definitely require some sampling before a definitive figure can be put in place.
