This set of Hisuistarter Pokémon have 10 effort levels in every stat. They were released in conjunction with Pokémon HOME patch 2.0.0. Players could redeem these Pokémon from the mobile version after depositing a Pokémon from Pokémon Legends: Arceus to HOME. They are available from May 18, 2022. All starters have 2 maxed IVs and 20 IVs in the other stats.

This Original Color Magearna, made available to the public for the first time, is given to the player as a reward for successfully completing the National Pokédex up to Eternatus, including all Mythical Pokémon up to Melmetal, not including alternate forms. Prior to a patch released on March 12, 2020, a complete Living Pokédex was required.
Previously, there was a bug where if the player first used Pokémon HOME on the Nintendo Switch, this Pikachu's language would always be set to Japanese with a Japanese nickname, regardless of which language Pokémon HOME was set to. The mobile version of HOME was unaffected. This was fixed sometime between January 1, 2022 and May 18, 2022.[3][4]
