Route 16 (Japanese: １６番道路 Route 16) is a route in northern Kalos, connecting Route 15 and Lumiose City. The route is also known as Mélancolie Path (Japanese: トリスト通り Trist Path).

Contrary to the in-game maps, which show Route 16 going directly between Lumiose City and Dendemille Town, the route ends at Route 15, just outside Dendemille Town.
