Fearow (Japanese: オニドリル Onidrill) is a Normal/Flying-type Pokémon.

Name origin
Fearow's name is a combination of the words fear and sparrow. Its Japanese name can be taken to mean 鬼ドリル, demon drill, although it is worth noting that the first four syllables can be taken to mean 鬼鳥 onidori, demon bird.
