Welcome to Bulbapedia, Pokegail!

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Username

Hi there! I noticed you signed some comments today as "sonicgail" instead of "Pokegail". If you want to change your username, you need to have a staff member do it for you. In the meantime, Bulbapedia's signature policy indicates that signatures must reflect your actual username so that people don't get confused (as I did when I tried to go to the talk page for "sonicgail" and found that the account did not exist). Thanks for your understanding! Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 18:37, 25 September 2017 (UTC)

My appologies, I use sonicgail on a different site but on a pokemon themed site it seemed apropriate to use a more pokemon themed name it won't happen again I hope, did you change the name I placed or should I visit the page and fix it? pokegail (talk) 21:49, 26 September 2017 (UTC)

Signing

Please remember to always sign your comments. You can sign your comments with 4 tildes (~) or clicking the signature stamp ( ) on the top of the edit box. It should also be noted that once your comment has been marked as unsigned, you cannot replace it with your signature as it will give off the wrong time stamp. Thank you for taking your time to read this message, have a good day. --ForceFire 05:06, 27 September 2017 (UTC)

Talk page discussions

Please do not respond to a talk page discussion that is over 6 months old, as the topic may have been resolved or the user that asked the question initially may not be around to see your answer, making your response pointless. Thank you.--ForceFire 05:06, 27 September 2017 (UTC)
