Thank you for joining our community! By creating an account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. This is a brief introduction to Bulbapedia's rules and resources to help you get started:

  • All users are expected to follow the code of conduct and to be kind to one another.
  • If you have a question, check out our FAQ; the manual of style provides detailed editing guidance, and the wikicode page provides details about how to use wikicode.
    • You can always ask for help by contacting a staff member.
  • Please preview your edits before saving them; this helps you double-check your changes and reduces the need for repeated minor edits.
  • Use talk pages to discuss changes and resolve editing disputes.
  • Creating a userpage is allowed after you've added to the encyclopedia; for more details, see the userspace policy.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~) so people know who is commenting. This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links and information, check out the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit multiple sections of the page, make sure that you click "edit this page" at the top of the page rather than editing it by section. Thanks! --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 15:25, 3 June 2021 (UTC)

Genders

Please do not assume genders based off gender stereotypes or stereotypical gendered behaviors. A guy can act like a girl and vice versa. Also, the fake Staravia's was not actually female, having an accessory that is commonly associated with females does not make it a female. The only way gender is confirmed if it is either explicitly stated, by gender differences (with certain nuances), or by attract/cute charm. See the Speculation policy regarding genders in the anime. Thank you.--ForceFire 15:46, 3 June 2021 (UTC)

Again, please refer to the gender section of the speculation policy to see how we determine genders in the anime. Thank you.--ForceFire 17:50, 3 June 2021 (UTC)
Donphan's gender difference is too minor to use as confirmation, since it depends on something being smaller/larger and the animators may be inconsistent with the size of the tusks. Again, please refer to the speculation policy I have already linked. Since this is your third warning regarding this subject, this will be your final warning. Thank you.--ForceFire 17:52, 22 June 2021 (UTC)

One month block

As you have repeatedly added genders that don't meet the criteria laid out in the Speculation policy, you have been given a one month block. Please actually read your talk page messages, as it would appear you have not even glanced at it, and take those messages seriously. I have already stated several times that gender is only confirmed via explicit confirmation, Attract/Cute Charm, or if the Pokemon has a very obvious gender difference. If you return to make the same edits, you will be blocked again. Thank you.--ForceFire 14:05, 25 June 2021 (UTC)

Genders, again

Once again I must repeat, please do not assume genders based off gender stereotypes or stereotypical gendered behaviors.--ForceFire 16:43, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
