| Lowers the Speed of all opposing sync pairs by [X] stat rank(s) when the user enters a battle.

Effect
When the Pokémon enters the battlefield, the opponents' Speed decreases by one stat rank per skill rank. This skill will also activate when it re-enters the battle after Mega Evolving or when switched back in during a co-op battle.
