Hello, the national pokédex number for Walking Wake is 1009. Previous pokémon is Miraidon and next pokémon is Iron Leaves

How do we know its dex number?Gentleflipper (talk) 04:38, 3 March 2023 (UTC)

Truly a Paradox?

Would Walking Wake be a true paradox? According to lore, Suicune doesn't have an ancient ancestor; it was created by Ho-oh from the remains of a Pokemon who was inside the burning tower in Johto. Kohdok (talk) 04:27, 9 March 2023 (UTC)

It is officially considered a Paradox Pokémon. There's a lot of things that don't make sense about the Paradox Pokémon, but Bulbapedia isn't really the place to speculate about why that is. Landfish7 05:16, 9 March 2023 (UTC)

Eastern dragon influence?

Considering its reptilian features, Dragon typing, mane, and antler-like horns/crest, is it possible that Walking Wake might have taken some inspiration from Chinese or Japanese dragons?- unsigned comment from Robbie (talkcontribs)

maybe? not sure if it's 100% spot on, though, given Asian dragons generally have short legs.Anzasquiddles (talk) 16:49, 29 March 2023 (UTC)

Walking Wake and Iron Leaves officially referred to as Legendary Pokémon

Walking Wake and Iron Leaves were officially referred to as Legendary Pokémon when the event debuted, despite having a base stat total under 600. Is this a mistake by the Pokémon Company? Is that why Bulbapedia does not list them as Legendary Pokémon? Or are we, Bulbapedia, in the wrong? Please think on this issue. --CuteShaymin (talk) 05:32, 30 April 2024 (UTC)
