Genesect (BW Promo 99): Difference between revisions

This card was released in the English {{TCGMerch|Black & White|Series|Red Genesect Collection}}. This print was the 231/BW-P print from the Japanese {{TCG|BW-P Promotional cards}}. It was later reprinted as another BW Black Star Promotional card included in the ''[[M16|Genesect and the Legend Awakened]]'' DVD released December 3, 2013. This print was the equivalent to the 232/BW-P Promotional Japanese print. In Japan, the two prints of this card were released on July 13, 2013, coinciding with the release of {{TCG|EX Battle Boost}}, the {{TCG|Mewtwo vs Genesect Deck Kit}}, and ''[[M16|ExtremeSpeed Genesect: Mewtwo Awakens]]''. The print numbered 231/BW-P was available in the {{TCGMerch|BW|Era|EX Battle Boost Campaign Pack}}; the print numbered 232/BW-P was available in the {{TCGMerch|BW|Era|Movie Commemoration Genesect Set}}. The latter was only available to purchase at theaters screening ''ExtremeSpeed Genesect: Mewtwo Awakens'' and Pokémon Centers. Both Japanese prints feature artwork by [[5ban Graphics]] and are Cracked Ice Reverse Holofoil.
