Looking in the "Type-related templates" category, it seems there is an earlier chart for gen I called [[Template:RBY type effectiveness]]. So for the current template, perhaps something like "Gen II-V type effectiveness"? Regarding the task of relinking everything, the current template is used on only 42 pages according to "what links here", and most of those pages seem to be userspace instead of mainspace.
