::If a pokémon appears with its trainer and is then missing in said trainer's next appearance with no explanation whatsoever, we simply say that we just don't know what happened to the pokàmon. It could've been stored somewhere, been traded away, died, been given away, been abandoned, etc.. The point is that we have no idea and have no reason to assume any explanation over any other.
