This card was one of four possible {{TCG|Wizards Black Star Promos}} that people could receive with the purchase of a ticket for the theatrical release of ''[[M01|Mewtwo Strikes Back]]'' starting November 12, 1999. It has a gold foil stamp in the top right corner that reads "Kids WB Presents Pokémon The First Movie" and features artwork by [[Ken Sugimori]]. Unknown quantities of this print erroneously have the gold foil stamp on the opposite corner rotated 180 degrees.
