I agree with the rest above. there are multiple variations of twerp that are used, not ot mention it has been used not just as an insult towards Ash and the others, such as when Team Rocket and Ash, Iris and Cilan were together in the Litwick episode. | |||
If this was just a one-off term or else very occasional term then I could see your point, but through my binging of the anime series to catch up I have noticed it as an extremely frequent term that is almost as much a staple for the rocket trio as the mottos are. | |||
