:Update on this: I've fed my Feebas 22 Dry Malasadas and it won't evolve yet, which means either Dry Malasadas don't increase Beauty or they increase it by fewer than 7.7 points per malasada (170 to evolve ÷ 22 malasadas = 7.7 points). Testing this much took a solid couple of hours, so I'm not exactly enthusiastic to test out another 148 malasadas to reach a total of 170 (in case they give only 1 point per malasada). ::Just tested that- caught a Feebas in OR, maxed out its Beauty, transferred it into Moon, and fed it a Rare Candy. Evolved into Milotic with no problems.
