However, Showdown [https://github.com/Zarel/Pokemon-Showdown/blob/master/data/moves.js suggests] it only does so when the target was {{type|Flying}} and not already [[grounded]] (so not against {{p|Eelektross}}, for example). (That's similar to the {{DL|In-battle effect item|Iron Ball}} in Gen V.) I've included what you wrote here, but very carefully for now. If you do have more precise (i.e., more general) information, please feel free to improve the wording yourself. Is the type effectiveness chart really necessary? The move isn't wildly different from other Ground-type moves in its effectiveness, it's just able to hit Flying-types.
