I noticed twice that in Sun and Moon, when it evolves into Abra at Level 16, it learns Kinesis, but it does not learn Confusion even though it is supposed to at that particular level. :It's been made fairly widely known across sites like Reddit, although I'm not sure why it happens. I'm not sure it would be prudent for us to note until we can determine why it happens — whether it's due to a glitch or something else.
