At [[Link#Move rank]], it says that if some Pokemon have a Perfect Link, their move may take on a new effect. It mentions {{m|Leaf Storm}} and {{m|Outrage}}, but those pages don't mention anything about that. Do you know what the new effect is for those moves, or are you able to find out?
