This card was included in the {{TCG|Plasma Freeze}} expansion, first released in the Japanese {{TCG|Thunder Knuckle}} expansion. In Japan, this card was reprinted as one of the {{TCG|BW-P Promotional cards}} with different artwork by the same artist and given to those who purchased a booster box of either {{TCG|Spiral Force}} or {{TCG|Thunder Knuckle}} at participating stores. This print has the Spiral Force and Thunder Knuckle expansion logos on the bottom of the artwork. The English release of this promotional print was as one of the {{TCG|BW Black Star Promos}} as the {{TCG|Prerelease cards|Prerelease promo}} for the English {{TCG|Plasma Freeze}} expansion. A gold foil stamped "Staff" print was also given to those overseeing the event.
