Scizor with bullet punch is rather common, I would say, so fairy has some weakness in defense.[[User:Lightningsnowstorm|Lightningsnowstorm]] ([[User talk:Lightningsnowstorm|talk]]) 03:46, 1 September 2014 (UTC)

:I agree that this is a strange claim for the article to make, as well as the one about Poison-types. I have found myself using Poison- or Steel-type moves on my sweepers to defend some of the other Pokémon on my team from Fairies (i.e., I run Steel Wing on Salamence, and Iron Head on Garchomp). There are enough Fairy-type Pokémon used competitively for moves that defeat them easily to become viable, and most good sweepers have access to at least one good move to serve this purpose since Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Steel Wing, and Flash Cannon are all available through TMs. Steel- and Poison-type moves are no longer as rare as they used to be. == Fairy type user tag? ==
I only owned up to generation 2, but if memory serves, {{p|Snubbull}} and {{p|Granbull} are known as the "Fairy Pokémon" in the Pokédex. Would it be a waste of space if I added this tag? I'm just wondering, especially because of their species, although, I could be wrong. Can someone clear this up?
