:Thing is, Mr. Psychic does nothing other than give a TM. He has like two lines of speech, and then gives you a TM. He has no impact on the plot, and you can go the entire game without even visiting him. There are Trainers in other places who have names and do about the same amount, but we don't give them articles. There are people on [[Village Bridge]] with names, there are people in a house in [[Icirrus City]] who run a quiz who have names. If Mr. Psychic had even once appeared in the manga, even if it was incredibly minor, I would not recommend this page be deleted.
