I say if it's gonna be redirected than that's fine. When talking about Copycat she has more plot depth in Heartgold and SoulSilver so she's necessary in an article. Mr. Psychic gives out a TM that's it. So if it gets redirected it'll still say [[Psychic(move)]] is available at his house.
