 If Wes chooses to fight Rosso in Phenac City, he will appear for a rematch in [[Realgam Tower]] disguised as a receptionist behind the desk in the tower's casino. After he is beaten by Wes he vanishes and is not seen again. In this case, he will be known as a {{tc|Mystery Troop}} during the first battle rather than a Cipher Peon.
