Celebi (M13): Difference between revisions

Prior to the movie, businessman [[Grings Kodai]] discovered Celebi in [[Crown City]], and touched the "ripple of time" that was produced due to Celebi's time traveling. As a result of this, Kōdai gained the ability to have powerful hallucinations that show him the future, while destroying all of the greenery within the city.

Twenty years later, Celebi returns to the city, unbeknown to the fact that Kōdai wished to capture it in order to renew his ability to see into the future. There, it meets and befriends {{OBP|Zorua|movie 13}} while the latter was searching for its mother, {{OBP|Zoroark|movie 13}}, who was being blackmailed by Kōdai.

Soon, Celebi finds itself and Zorua chased by Kōdai's minions. This pursuit forces them into the [[Pokémon Baccer World Cup]] Stadium, where they are cornered by Kōdai, who disables Celebi and captures Zorua in order to blackmail Zoroark once more. Kōdai then finds what he believes to be the ripple of time, and begins to absorb its power, not caring if the disaster that befell Crown City years ago occured again. The "ripple of time" ends up being an illusion created by Zoroark and Kodai was nowhere near the energy field. After Kodai was driven away by Zoroark and the {{mov|Legendary beasts|guardians|13}} of Crown City, Celebi uses the power of the true ripple of time to recover its strength and used the ripple's energy field to revive Zoroark when she was mortally injured by Kodai. Happy that Zorua and Zoroark are reunited, Celebi time travels away after making the area's greenery bloom.
