Pershie (Japanese: ペルちゃん Per-chan) is an Alolan Persian owned by a Madame. It tends to wonder around the streets of Hau'oli City.

History

Pershie's Trainer

Pershie first appeared in That's Why the Litten is a Scamp!, where it stole food from Litten. It was later seen confronting Litten but was stopped by Ash and Pikachu. It later reappeared to seek revenge, only to be seen off.

In Dummy, You Shrunk the Kids!, it chased Ash, Lillie, and Sophocles after they were shrunk by Faba's latest invention. Later, Mallow's Tsareena intervened and shaved off some of Pershie's fur.

In We Know Where You're Going, Eevee!, Pershie was sitting outside a store while its Trainer was trying on several pieces of jewelry. It soon spotted an Eevee and gave chase. Lana's Popplio went on to save Eevee using its Aqua Jet, and the trail of water led Pershie to slip. Though Pershie saw Popplio and Eevee fall into a canal, it abandoned the pursuit after its Trainer called it back.

Personality and characteristics

Pershie appears to live a life of luxury and is treated more like a pet by its Trainer. However, it is characteristically cruel and manipulative. It enjoys tormenting its victims and is a non-relenting pursuer. It uses its sheer size and sharp claws to intimidate opponents. Despite its manner, it will quickly flee when injured in battle.

Its cunning behavior was showcased in We Know Where You're Going, Eevee!, where it pretended to be friendly in order to lure an Eevee to come closer.
