Hunger Switch (Ability)
Hunger Switch (Japanese: はらぺこスイッチ Hunger Switch) is an Ability introduced in Generation VIII. It is the signature Ability of Morpeko.

At the end of each turn, Hunger Switch switches a Morpeko with the Ability between its Full Belly Mode and Hangry Mode. In Full Belly Mode, Aura Wheel is an Electric-type move; in Hangry Mode, it is a Dark-type move.
Entrainment and Role Play fails if the user has Hunger Switch. Hunger Switch cannot be copied by Trace or traded by Wandering Spirit. Power of Alchemy and Receiver cannot be replaced by Hunger Switch. If Morpeko's Hunger Switch is negated or replaced, it remains in its current form. If a Pokémon other than Morpeko obtains Hunger Switch with Transform or Imposter, the Pokémon will not change forms.
Hunger Switch does not activate while Morpeko is Terastallized. While Terastallized, Morpeko does not change forms even when switched out.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A
In Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Abilities do not occur in normal gameplay. However, Morpeko will change between Full Belly Mode and Hangry Mode upon using Aura Wheel.
Outside of battle
Hunger Switch has no effect outside of battle.
