Articuno (Japanese: フリーザー Freezer) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon card. It is a card made exclusively for the Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color.

Does 40 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon chosen at random. Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for this attack. (Any other effects that would happen after applying Weakness and Resistance still happen.)

This card was made exclusively for the Pokémon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color, never printed as an actual card in any language. However, a scan of the non-existent full card was included in Pokémon Card Official Book 2000.
