Visquez

In the anime

Visquez was first seen battling a Trainer and his Hypno with her Raichu, eventually emerging victorious. While cleaning up the mess left by the battle, she received word that a challenger was coming to battle her for the World Coronation Series, who turned out to be Ash. Visquez remembered Ash from his battle against Lt. Surge, and they had a two-on-two battle, with Visquez using her Raichu and Electrode against Ash's Pikachu and Gengar. The battle ended in Visquez's loss, causing her rank to go down.
