Or an attack with the exact name as a game move in either Japanese or English. Unless I forgot something, that should be it. But it is 100% or not mentioned. Anything that is "may be, might be, possibly, etc" is speculation and instantly removed once found. There is no reason why a card outside of an anime ''based'' promotion would be ''based'' on Georgia's Pokémon.
