When editing Bulbapedia, could you try and edit the whole page in one go instead of making multiple consecutive edits to a page and check your spelling and grammar before submitting your edit.--BigDocFan, Junior Admin Bulbapedia (talk) 20:43, 19 October 2023 (UTC)

Time Stamps
Congratulations on your new signature, please don't go re-signing talk page comments as this results in a incorrect time stamp.--BigDocFan, Junior Admin Bulbapedia (talk) 17:07, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
Signature Policy
Heya I know its a lot of rules you are being treated to today, but I just wanted you point you towards our Signature policy, and in particular inform you of our image guidelines, as we do not permit images to be put into signatures. Additionally its best practice not to touch old signatures, you are free to change it as you like over time but once a comment is made on a discussion it should be treated as a static record, as a result I've undone your image additions. Minor corrections such as fixing links in already left comments is allowed, but anything that alters the style or meaning of the comment is not. Please spend a moment going through the policy and then hopefully we will never have to have this discussion again :) 4iamking 19:43, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
Noted. BTW depending on the context and tone in which it's delivered, The use of "hopefully" suggests a desire for a certain outcome, but the phrase "we will never have to have this discussion again" implies a frustration or annoyance with the current situation or topic of discussion. The combination of hopefulness with the desire to avoid a repeat discussion can come across as passive-aggressive. I hope you take a note of that too. Have a wholesome life --KevinM (talk/stalk) 20:17, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
- I didnt mean for it to come through as a passive-aggressive note, more so I just wanted to make sure that you were aware of the rules and guidelines we have here, so more emphasis can be placed on the more enjoyable interactions that come with editing a wiki. You are right I probably should have been more careful in my choice of words, and I appologize for the way it came across. 4iamking 22:36, 28 February 2024 (UTC)
No worries. Thank you for clarifying your intention, and I appreciate your emphasis on fostering enjoyable interactions. I apologize for any misunderstandings or unintended offense. --KevinM (talk/stalk) 23:06, 28 February 2024 (UTC)
