By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Changes button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Thanks! ----Pokemaster97 12:30, 1 September 2013 (UTC)

Yes I know, sorry. I did a mistake with the name of the character in the italian version, so I had to do it. It won't happen anymore XD Franky7

Serena's Pancham

I'll admit it was badly written, but how is it speculation? It has been stated by Nini and displayed by Smoochum herself that she has a crush on Pancham, who doesn't reciprocate. It has also been shown that Pancham does at least act friendly to her too in XY091 after winning the theme performance.-- --Handmaiden 101 (tAlk) 19:59, 7 November 2015 (UTC)

You used the terms "it seems" and "may be" in your phrase. I've not seen the episodes so I don't actually know what really happend between Pancham and Smoochum, I based myself only on what you wrote and, for me, it seemed to be speculation. Sorry if I'm wrong.--Franky7 (talk) 16:25, 8 November 2015 (UTC)
No problem, I should have worded it out properly.-- --Handmaiden 101 (tAlk) 20:26, 8 November 2015 (UTC)

Information Sources

Hello. I just wanted to let you know that other fansites, such as Serebii, are not considered a valid source. Information should only be added from the games, shows, or official sites affiliated with them. Thanks. Crystal Talian 15:44, 6 August 2016 (UTC)

Hi! I can disagree with you about the Serebii's validity (they always report only true news and articles, Merrick is a serious person) but, as you can see here, it reports the name's of new episodes from TV-kun magazine. If a magazine of a tv cast program is not a valid source..--Franky7 (talk) 15:50, 6 August 2016 (UTC)
You're welcome to disagree. However, fansites (including Serebii) have been wrong in the past and are not an acceptable source. Anything copied from a fansite or stating a fansite as a source will be promptly removed. The magazine itself is an acceptable source, but it's preferable that the user adding such information actually have access to the magazine itself. Thank you. As you wish ;)--Franky7 (talk) 16:56, 6 August 2016 (UTC)

So I was right, uh? XD--Franky7 (talk) 12:10, 7 August 2016 (UTC)

"Not standard"...

Not standard for what? I never knew there was a standard for writing biographies. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 20:46, 8 August 2018 (UTC)

If you take a look at other voice actors' pages, you can see that no-one contains phrases like "dozen of episodes". It's too generic, bad written and useless, better write (next to voiced character's name) the episodes between it was voiced [like Janet (AG010-AG035), for example]. Or, again, you can say "He voiced [the character] between 2014 and 2017".--Franky7 (talk) 15:01, 11 August 2018 (UTC)
Just because it wasn't written on other voice actor articles doesn't mean it should not be written at all. And how exactly is it generic and badly written? I can't just clarify the exact episodes Jo Armeniox, for example, voiced Shauna; that's for characters who had more than one voice actor. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 19:20, 11 August 2018 (UTC)
How can be "a dozen of episodes" encyclopedic? You have to write properly, the more specific way you can; could you find in other pages things like "he voiced the character for hundreds of episodes"? Surely not. If you cannot clarify the number of episodes, just not write anything.--Franky7 (talk) 12:19, 12 August 2018 (UTC)

Iris's Emolga

I'm not sure what you're talking about with Excadrill. The trivia is pointing out that Emolga isn't weak to one of its types. Excadrill, as a Steel/Ground, is weak to the Ground type, making the trivia valid.--Rahl (talk) 21:49, 9 November 2018 (UTC)

So sorry, I've read "Is weak to one of her types" and not Isn't. My mistake :(--Franky7 (talk) 16:38, 10 November 2018 (UTC)
