If it attacks first on a successful coin flip, Magikarp could easily beat Charizard with its Dragon Rage attack. Because Magikarp needs only two energy compared to Charizard's four, it obviously would beat Charizard due to two energy being the quickest. Lastly, Charizard has a double weakness to Water, resulting in Dragon Rage becoming 120 instead of 60, equal to Charizard's base HP.
