:::: If you look at images of long-haired cats, you can see the similarities Sprigatito has with them. They do have long fur at the cheeks, as well as manes and long fur on their tails, similar to tails of foxes, and some fox pokemon have similar tails to Sprigatito's. Besides, just because Sprigatito is from a region that's based on Spain doesn't mean it will evolve into a pokemon based on an animal native to the country.
