::Screw Chronicles dub. I hate how they're missing important facts from original and adding their own (I don't consider those dub-added things as canon, however). Legend of Thunder is a main victim of it. I wouldn't be surprised if Ritchie'd be revealed to be from Pallet Town or some other actual town in Japanese version. But it's very unlikely, so I think we'll just have that random Frodomar City as the Ritchie's hometown forever.
