::Screw Chronicles dub. I hate how they're missing important facts from original and adding their own (I don't consider those dub-added things as canon, however). Legend of Thunder is a main victim of it. I wouldn't be surprised if Ritchie'd be revealed to be from Pallet Town or some other actual town in Japanese version. But it's very unlikely, so I think we'll just have that random Frodomar City as the Ritchie's hometown forever. Occasionally the 4kids dub liked to add completely new lines in to either match the mouth movements, or to censor something that they considered inappropriate.
