Asterisks

The asterisks aren't explained anywhere.—urutapu 00:26, 29 March 2011 (UTC)

That used to be in the article, but seems it was removed when updating for Generation V. I added a tooltip to it in the template. --SnorlaxMonster 07:29, 29 March 2011 (UTC)

Hidden Abilities

How can you ever get a Pokémon with its hidden ability when there is no way to find it on the dream island? There are really only a few Pokémon living in respect of the multitude of Pokémon. Espacially in account of the locations of the starter and legendary Pokémon I'm asking how this could work... Pokémon 02:34, 5 July 2011 (UTC)

Some of them are given in the Dream World through event. Darmanitan and Musharna can be obtained with their "Hidden Abilities" in-game normally. But beyond that, we don't know yet. The Dream World doesn't give out fifth-gen Pokemon, and due to the way Black and White are set up, probably won't any time soon. Presumably, a future game or event will unlock them, but we don't know that for sure. --HeroicJay 02:40, 5 July 2011 (UTC)

I hope so. I can not imagine that almost every Pokémon can have a hidden ability but can never be obtained. Main thing its becoming possible some time in the future... Pokémon 02:50, 5 July 2011 (UTC)

Removing Japanese names from this list

They really aren't relevant, and I'm pretty sure this is the only one of this kind of list (with the obvious exception of the actual list of Japanese names) to have them. It will require editing the template though. It's just a fair bit of work for whoever wants to do it. --SnorlaxMonster 11:53, 15 March 2012 (UTC)

Capitalization

If 'Ability' is a proper noun in almost every part of Bulbapedia, shouldn't it be that way in the title as well? ~Enervation 16:44, 7 April 2012 (UTC)

Kalos

Kalos is not in list? - unsigned comment from Shideravan (talkcontribs)

Missing Pokémon

Can anyone please add Kalos Pokémon with their abilities and their hidden abilities including hidden abilities for old Pokémon and hidden ability changes please? Thanks! Cinday123 (talk) 10:05, 11 November 2013 (UTC)

Added Kalos But Was Stuck On Meowstic

If anyone could do the proper clean up on Meowstic it would be greatly appreciated. theflamelord

Problem with Meowstic

There is a problem that there is a F next to its National Pokédex number for Meowstic, will anyone edit the template to get rid of the F otherwise it will turn into a menu sprite of a male Meowstic. --Cinday123 (Talk) 11:52, 17 January 2014 (UTC)

Fixed. Tiddlywinks (talk) 12:04, 17 January 2014 (UTC)

Order

Why are the Pokemon in the list not in national Pokedex number order? For example, Cleffa (#173) comes before Clefairy (#035). sumwun (talk) 19:05, 10 November 2018 (UTC)

It was like that when the article was created. No one has had an issue with the ordering. I think it's fine the way it is.--ForceFire 02:45, 11 November 2018 (UTC)
Doesn't the manual of style say it should be by national Pokedex number? The way it is now is inconsistent with almost every other list on this site. sumwun (talk) 05:03, 11 November 2018 (UTC)
Looks like you went ahead and changed it anyway without waiting for someone else to respond with an answer. And you also got your answer, it's easier to see what abilities change when a Pokemon evolves.--ForceFire 07:36, 22 November 2018 (UTC)

Add Merged Table

I was looking for the page so I could copy the table into csv and start merging together lists of pokemon, however I noticed there are multiple lists (by generation family). I understand why the tables are separated, but is there any reason there isn't an additional merged table? Thank you very much. InfernoDeity (talk) 13:11, 10 July 2019 (UTC)

Galar Evolutions?

Is there a reason they aren't with the rest of their families?AztecCroc (talk) 02:29, 29 December 2019 (UTC)

Whoever added them probably just forgot to worry about those families. I think you can move them over. sumwun (talk, contribs) 00:18, 6 January 2020 (UTC)
