 :Our standards for location sections are that direct availability > indirect availability via evolution > event availability > transfer from past generations, such that availability in any category means we don't list lower categories. Otherwise, the sections would balloon immensely, with almost every Pokemon getting "Transfer from such-and-such game" listed numerous times.
