The Dubious Disc (Japanese: あやしいパッチ Dubious Patch) is a type of held item introduced in Generation IV. It allows Porygon2 to evolve into Porygon-Z.

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, and Explorers of Sky, if the player offers both a Link Cable and Dubious Disc at Luminous Spring, Porygon2 can be evolved into Porygon-Z. It costs 1000 Poké and can be sold for 1 Poké.
